The company is an innovative Swiss logistics and delivery service provider specialising in the efficient processing and delivery of addressed and unaddressed items.
Particularly exciting is the interplay of operational logistics, technology, and customer orientation. Different departments such as operations, IT, finance, marketing, and human resources work closely together to ensure that large shipping volumes are processed reliably and on time. Responsibilities:
You prepare periodic financial statements including plausibility checks and compile meaningful reports for the relevant stakeholders.
As a professional contact person, you support employees in accounts payable and receivable and deputise for them when necessary.
You manage the administration and monitoring of vehicle leasing contracts for an electric vehicle fleet of more than 200 vehicles.
You are the central contact person for the auditors and coordinate the necessary documents and communications.
You actively participate in the internal control system (ICS) and ensure compliance with defined control processes together with the team.
Additionally, you are responsible for preparing VAT returns and support other tasks in the finance department.
Qualifications:
You have further training as a finance and accounting specialist or a university of applied sciences degree with practical experience in finance.
You work very confidently with Excel, especially pivot tables, and have good user knowledge of an ERP system.
You are numerically inclined, work precisely, and have a strong solution-oriented mindset.
You work independently, efficiently, and reliably, keeping an overview even with multiple simultaneous tasks.
You have fluent German language skills in spoken and written form.
