Responsibilities:
Processing customer orders in national and international business
Monitoring delivery deadlines, shipping costs and order status
Maintaining communication with customers and agents
Preparing invoicing after completed order processing
Creating customs and export documents for international shipments
Supporting import processes, customs clearance and transport scheduling
Assisting with tenders in coordination with sales and specialist departments
Coordinating with freight forwarders, authorities and other external contacts
Qualifications:
Commercial qualification or technical apprenticeship with commercial further training
Experience in international order processing or customer service
Knowledge of export business is an advantage
Confident use of MS Office, SAP experience desired
Additional language skills are welcome for this role
Clear communication and reliable teamwork
Structured, networked and solution-oriented working style
Very good German and good English skills, spoken and written
