Ensuring stable operation of client, server, and network infrastructures
Planning and leading IT projects, rollouts, and technical implementations
Developing and implementing IT solutions including ongoing documentation
Coordinating internal teams as well as external IT partners and specialists
Handling complex requests in 2nd-level support and technical troubleshooting
Qualifications:
Completed computer science degree or comparable education
Solid knowledge in the Microsoft environment, especially Microsoft 365 and Azure
Broad understanding of modern IT infrastructures and technologies
Experience in IT project management, technical conception, and rollout planning
Strong customer orientation, communication skills as well as fluent German and English skills
