Tasks

• You independently prepare fresh and high-quality meals for our residents, staff and external guests.
• You share the organisational daily responsibility alternately with the kitchen team.
• You support the Catering Manager with administrative tasks and in purchasing goods via an electronic purchasing platform.
• You comply with quality and hygiene guidelines as well as occupational safety.
• You take responsibility for training apprentices and are willing to work irregular hours and weekend shifts.

Profile

• A flexible and committed person with a passion for the profession, high quality standards and a strong service orientation
• Completed vocational training as a cook with a Federal VET Diploma; additional training as a diet cook or home cook is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience, preferably with knowledge of age-specific nutrition
• Willingness to work at weekends
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as good PC skills

The annual salary for this position ranges from CHF 70,300 to CHF 93,936 (100%) depending on experience.
