Workshop Manager

Our institution specialises in the field of mental disability and offers socio-educational and socio-professional services within apartments, residences and workshops located on several sites in the south of the canton of Fribourg.

For our craft workshop in Bulle, we are looking for a

Your role

• Take responsibility for the teams of the Bulle workshop and promote a constructive, collaborative working environment adapted to diversity and evolving needs
• Develop professional expertise within the teams towards fulfilling the Foundation’s mission
• Foster quality relationships and smooth sectoral and intersectoral collaboration, encouraging synergies between teams and different sectors, in the service of beneficiaries
• Ensure the application of the General Concept, Strategy and Culture of HorizonSud
• Ensure compliance with current standards and regulations

Your profile

• Training as a socio-professional Master
• Training in management or team leadership is an asset
• Experience in team management, in a participative dynamic where mutual adjustment leads to good cohesion
• Ability to work independently and possess a good creative spirit
• Open-mindedness, organisational skills and a search for innovative approaches to improve support for beneficiaries
• Interest in supporting adults with mental health issues
• Commitment to the psychosocial rehabilitation approach
