Role:
As Project Manager for Building Automation, you are responsible for planning, executing and monitoring projects in the field of building automation. You coordinate all technical aspects to ensure an efficient and future-oriented building infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and coordinating projects in the field of building automation
- Creating project plans, schedules and budget specifications
- Monitoring project progress and compliance with quality and safety standards
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, site managers and subcontractors to integrate automation technology
- Providing technical advice to project teams and clients regarding automated building infrastructure solutions
- Conducting tests and commissioning of systems
- Documenting project steps and reporting to management
Qualifications:
- Completed training as an electrical technician HF or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in project management in the field of building automation
- Sound knowledge in planning and implementing building automation systems (e.g. BMS, KNX, LON)
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams and external partners
- Excellent communication skills, organisational talent and negotiation skills
- Confident use of project management software and MS Office
