Client Accountant (m/f/d)

Role:
Do you want to combine property accounting with direct customer contact and take responsibility for your own mandates? For an established company in the real estate and building services sector, we are looking for an experienced individual who independently manages property accounting. You are responsible for the financial statements, prepare reports, and are the central contact person for accounting questions.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage the property accounting for various client mandates
You prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and ensure proper account reconciliation
You prepare VAT returns and handle other accounting matters
You support the takeover and implementation of new mandates
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education and ideally further training in finance and accounting
You bring several years of experience in accounting, preferably in property accounting
You communicate confidently in German; additional language skills are an advantage
You have experience with a property accounting software
