Accounts Payable Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 95,000Role:
You enjoy working operationally, have a strong flair for numbers, and want to work in a company that makes a societal contribution through its work? In this role, you take on a clear area of responsibility in accounts payable and ensure that invoices, payments, and accounts are processed reliably. At the same time, you gain insight into the general ledger, support closing processes, and can actively contribute to the further development of financial processes.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage the accounts payable and ensure correct and timely processing
You reconcile accounts payable accounts and resolve discrepancies directly with the responsible parties
You handle dunning letters and respond to supplier enquiries
You support various tasks in the general ledger
You participate in monthly and annual closing activities and prepare relevant documents
You perform reconciliations and analyses and ensure a reliable data basis
You contribute to the optimisation of processes in the finance area
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education or a comparable qualification
You bring several years of professional experience in accounts payable
You have very good and confident Excel skills
You appreciate an operational specialist role and enjoy working in a team
