Microsoft 365 and Azure form the foundation of modern IT workplaces and cloud infrastructures. We are looking for a technically skilled individual who not only operates cloud services but also automates, secures, and continuously develops hybrid environments.
Responsibilities:
Engineering and operation of modern Microsoft cloud and hybrid infrastructures
Administration and further development of Microsoft Azure
Design and optimisation of Microsoft 365 environments
Support of modern Windows client and server platforms
Development of contemporary endpoint management strategies with Microsoft Intune
Management of identities, permissions, and access policies
Further development of Entra ID and hybrid identity concepts
Implementation of modern security and compliance requirements
Automation of recurring administration and operational processes
Use of PowerShell for standardisation and automation
Monitoring, analysing, and optimising the system landscape
Handling complex 2nd and 3rd level incidents
Conducting root cause analyses and sustainable error correction
Participation in cloud migrations, modern workplace projects, and infrastructure transformations
Planning and implementation of upgrades, changes, and lifecycle measures
Technical documentation and continuous optimisation of operational processes
Qualifications:
Education or further training in computer science, system engineering, or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in system engineering or cloud engineering
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
Experience with Entra ID and modern identity concepts
Good knowledge of Windows Server and Windows Client
Practical experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management
Good PowerShell skills
Understanding of hybrid cloud architectures
Interest in automation, security, and modern infrastructure concepts
Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
Independent and structured working style
Enjoyment of technical challenges and continuous development
