Responsibilities:
Support of the sales field service
Order processing and coordination from A to Z
Administrative support of the sales and export departments
Creation and tracking of offers with technical support
Maintenance of our customer relationships domestically
Coordination and monitoring of appointments; up to the delivery of products to our customers
Close cooperation with the sales manager
Organisation of transports
Qualifications:
You have a technical education with a commercial background or vice versa
Several years of professional experience in a similar position
Solid MS Office skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
Good oral and written English skills, French skills are an advantage
Structured working method and customer-oriented manner
Organisational and communication talent
