In this key role, you combine operational leadership, customer focus and strategic development. You will significantly shape the future of specialist cleaning in your region.

What awaits you

• You lead, develop and coach employees and team leaders in the specialist cleaning area.
• You take overall responsibility for operational service delivery and ensure the highest quality standards.
• You plan, coordinate and optimise specialist cleaning assignments in terms of quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• You maintain existing customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• You are responsible for the budget, costs and results of your division.
• You identify market potentials and support offers, tenders and the acquisition of new contracts.
• You continuously develop processes, standards and working methods.
• You work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

What you bring

• Completed vocational training (EFZ) with further education in building cleaning, facility management, operations maintenance or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in specialist cleaning as well as proven leadership experience are essential.
• Several years of experience in leading employees and teams.
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a strong cost and quality awareness.
• High service understanding and enjoyment of customer contact.
• Organisational strength, initiative and a solution-oriented working style.
• Very good German skills, spoken and written.
• Good MS (365) knowledge is a given for you.
• Driving licence category B.
