Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for an experienced individual for the group accounting of an internationally operating corporate group. In this senior specialist role, you will take a central role in the monthly and annual group consolidation and work closely with international finance teams. At the same time, you will have scope for shaping various processes.
Responsibilities:
You coordinate the group audit and work closely with external auditors
You are responsible for the monthly and annual group consolidation according to Swiss GAAP FER
You standardise group-wide accounting, closing and reporting processes and contribute to international finance projects
You review the financial data of international group companies and carry out intercompany reconciliations
You are the contact person for the finance team regarding group accounting, reporting and consolidation questions
Qualifications:
You have a degree or training with a focus on accounting, finance or business administration
You bring several years of relevant professional experience in accounting, group accounting or auditing
You have good knowledge of accounting and financial reporting, experience with Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS and/or US GAAP as well as consolidation is an advantage
You work analytically, structured and independently
Fluent German skills are required as well as good English skills
