As a caretaker, you play a key role: you keep everything in good condition, ensure a well-maintained environment, and are the first point of contact for our customers on site.
What awaits you
- Ensuring the smooth operation of building technology (HVACSE)
- Carrying out maintenance, inspection, and repair work
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems
- Monitoring systems as well as control rounds including reporting
- Coordinating craftsmen and processing tickets (CAFM)
- Support in technical all-round service (e.g. moves, winter service, site maintenance)
What you bring with you
- Completed training in the field of building technology / HVACSE or similar
- Experience in technical building maintenance is an advantage
- Independent, solution-oriented and reliable way of working
- Enjoyment of customer contact and a high level of service awareness
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Willingness for on-call duty
