As a caretaker, you play a key role: you keep everything in good condition, ensure a well-maintained environment, and are the first point of contact for our customers on site.

Your main tasks:

• Ensuring smooth, innovative and economical customer care and service delivery in the property to be managed
• Technical inspections
• Operation and maintenance of systems
• First intervention in case of fault and damage reports
• Implementation of measures within your own area of responsibility
• Signing reports, invoice control and accounting documentation
• Planning regular maintenance work, control and documentation
• Providing on-call service

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ or technical basic training in the field of maintenance
• Professional experience in a similar role
• Manual skills and enjoyment of practical work
• Confident IT skills
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
• Structured and independent working style
