For our client, a company specialised in the development of customised products and solutions for optical applications, lithography, astronomy, optoelectronics, architecture, and the humanities, we are looking for a Automation / Electrical Engineer (M/F) for a permanent position.
Your tasks with your new employer
- You structure and rigorously validate the operational integrity of installations by ensuring their absolute compliance with the most demanding regulatory frameworks and recognised international safety standards
- You conduct in-depth investigation campaigns on historical equipment and existing processes, dismantling technological blockages to unlock sustainable and measurable efficiency gains
- You will supervise the implementation of advanced preventive schemes that anticipate malfunctions, maintain the operational continuity of strategic installations and reduce critical interruptions
- You design and lead the implementation of innovative automation devices by working at the heart of multidisciplinary teams to transform technical visions into deployable solutions
- You collect, interpret and comprehensively document performance data from critical tests, producing structured reports that guide strategic and operational decisions
- You orchestrate the compliance of manufacturing processes by strictly aligning them with quality, regulatory requirements and globally recognised best industry practices
You offer your new employer
- You hold a technical qualification such as a CFC in automation or electricity with a higher diploma in technical engineering or equivalent
- You have proven experience in managing large-scale projects, the technical provision of complex equipment, and a certain mastery in overcoming delicate technical obstacles
- You are fluent in French and also speak English, enabling smooth exchanges with global partners, demanding clients and geographically dispersed teams
- You are operational on major industrial programming platforms such as Omron, Siemens and Beckhoff, as well as on digital design suites Creo, SolidWorks and the corresponding human-machine interfaces
- You demonstrate adaptability to unforeseen events, a good capacity for continuous learning and a talent for uniting heterogeneous groups around common goals
