For our client, an international high-tech company specialised in the energy and naval sector, we are looking for a Automation Engineer (m/f) at 100% for a permanent contract.
Your tasks with your new employer
- You design and develop software solutions and HMI interfaces to control complex industrial machines by integrating precise technical requirements and demanding client standards
- You programme, test and simulate industrial processes relying on your automation expertise to ensure the performance, reliability and safety of the deployed systems
- You carry out commissioning in the workshop as well as on international client sites, bringing your technical know-how and adaptability in varied environments
- You collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams in electrical engineering, robotics and software to guarantee optimal integration of the developed solutions
- You write detailed technical documentation, participate in functional analyses and actively contribute to risk analyses to secure the installations
You offer your new employer
- You hold an engineering or technician qualification in automation or a similar technical field with a solid foundation in industrial systems
- You have proven experience in programming industrial machines and integrating systems including HMI, robotics and industrial software
- You are fluent in French and English, both spoken and written, to work effectively in an international and multicultural context
- You have excellent command of Siemens PLCs (Step7, TIA Portal, WinCC) as well as knowledge of Schneider and industrial protocols such as Profinet, OPC UA or Ethernet/IP, with ease using comparable tools
- You are a dynamic, autonomous and pragmatic person, with good interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented mindset who enjoys teamwork
