IT Infrastructure Specialist (a) (m/f/d)

You ensure the secure and stable operation of IT infrastructures for clients and provide comprehensive support.
In this role, you continuously develop existing systems and implement innovative solutions for maximum availability.
You advise clients competently and identify technical requirements early to enable tailored solutions.
As a specialist in IT system technology, you take responsibility in projects and independently lead smaller initiatives to successful completion.
You ensure transparent documentation of all systems and actively support process and information security.
For complex technical issues, you are the central contact person and accompany the implementation of effective solutions.
Qualifications:
You have completed training in the IT field.
You possess solid knowledge of IT infrastructures, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualisation.
You have practical experience with Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, and Azure.
You handle cloud and hybrid solutions confidently, demonstrating responsibility and technical understanding.
Your analytical thinking enables you to quickly develop effective solutions even in complex situations.
In customer contact, you convince through strong communication skills and service orientation and are mobile with a category B driving licence.
