You have completed an apprenticeship in the electrical sector and want to make a difference in an exciting and innovative working environment that makes sense? Then you are exactly right with us! We are looking for support at various locations in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. Attractive working conditions are important to us, even with irregular working hours. For this, you can train at the fitness centre during the week, enjoy the sun at the outdoor pool, shop without queuing – simply make your leisure time more flexible. On-call, night and weekend work are additionally financially compensated with us. You also receive time allowances. This means you can offset these time allowances with leisure time. Our other benefits such as child allowances, free 2nd class GA and discounted travel abroad – also for the family – can be found on our website under « Benefits ».

- As a team player, you help to quickly locate and resolve faults in the railway system. You see complex fault-finding as a challenge and approach it calmly and thoughtfully.
- You like to get stuck in and enjoy working at various locations within your area of operation. You will encounter old technology (e.g. relay interlockings, which are continuously being renewed) and state-of-the-art systems.

What you bring with you.
- You enjoy working both indoors and outdoors (in the track area) and like to see what you have accomplished during the day. As a power woman or power man, you withstand all weather conditions. For us, teamwork and community are important, and you can always rely on them.
- You are open to new digital tools and describe yourself as a doer. Continuous further education is a matter of course for you. You look forward to internal training and further education with full pay.
- For this position, you have completed basic training with EBA/EFZ in the electrical field (automatician, electromechanic, electrician, electrical installer) or in a similar profession.
- To be able to arrive quickly at the site of the fault during on-call duty, you need a category B driving licence. We also expect very good oral and written German skills.
