Role:
You are responsible for the development and implementation of load-bearing structures in all areas of structural engineering, including reinforced concrete, timber construction, steel construction, composite structures, and excavation support. Your portfolio includes new builds, conversions, and reinforcements – from single-family homes to complex industrial, residential, and public construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Planning and implementation of load-bearing structures and building constructions in various building construction projects
Participation in new builds, conversions, and renovations of existing buildings
Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and specialist departments such as road and utility construction, civil engineering structures, hydraulic engineering, and tunnel construction
Use of model-based planning (BIM) and Virtual Design & Construction (VDC)
Contribution to the digital planning, modelling, and optimisation of projects
Development and implementation of innovative digital solutions to increase efficiency and quality
Qualifications:
Completed studies in civil engineering or comparable qualification
German language skills at native level or at least C1 in spoken and written form
Experience in project management of building construction, civil engineering structures, or load-bearing structures – or the motivation to take this next step
High social competence and communication skills
Motivated, solution-oriented, and flexible
Conscientious, independent working style
