Property Manager 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 120,000Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the management of rental apartments, including lease management and handovers/acceptances of apartments
- You are the direct contact person for tenant concerns, from answering inquiries to resolving issues in the tenancy
- You are responsible for coordinating maintenance work as well as organising craftsmen and service providers
- Support in the re-letting of apartments, including placing advertisements, viewings and contract conclusions
- Calculation and implementation of rent adjustments according to legal requirements
Qualifications:
- Completed training in the real estate sector as a property manager
- Several years of professional experience in managing rental properties, ideally in the Zurich area
- Enjoyment in contact with tenants and service providers, combined with a service-oriented working style
- Good user knowledge of MS Office and Rimo
- Structured and independent working style as well as a high level of responsibility
- Very good German skills, both spoken and written
