What is my role?

You lead a motivated team in internal sales and ensure a smooth workflow in daily business

• You are the first point of contact for your team members and support them with questions and challenges

• You take care of the development and promotion of your employees through regular feedback discussions

• You take responsibility for achieving sales targets and develop suitable strategies together with your team

• You continuously optimise the processes in internal sales and bring in new ideas

• You work closely with other departments and ensure good communication

• You analyse key figures and derive measures for improvement

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification

• You bring several years of experience in internal sales, ideally already in a leadership role

• You enjoy leading and developing people

• You work in a structured way, keep an overview even in stressful situations and find pragmatic solutions

• You communicate clearly and appreciatively with customers and colleagues

• You are confident with common MS Office applications, experience with CRM systems is an advantage

• You are a team player with a hands-on mentality
