Procap is the largest Swiss mutual aid organisation for people with disabilities. It offers its members a wide range of services, including social insurance advice, available throughout Switzerland.

For its contact office in La Chaux-de-Fonds, the Procap Neuchâtel section is looking for a

Your tasks:

> Support and advise members in the field of social insurance, in close collaboration with specialists from the advice centre and lawyers from the legal service
> Explain letters and procedures to members
> Prepare and forward files to specialists and lawyers
> Ensure file management (deadline monitoring, filing and archiving)

Your profile:

> Holder of a commercial employee diploma with good knowledge of social insurance, experience in the social field would be an asset.
> Good analytical skills and ability to understand complex situations
> Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
> Comfortable in the Windows environment and proficient with MS Office tools
> Strong interest in and sensitivity to disability-related issues
