Taxation Service (SCCO)
The SCCO, which has around 160 employees, brings together entities responsible for taxing and collecting various taxes, as well as a reception unit in charge of managing visitor flows and telephone calls.
Your tasks
Attached to the service's telephone switchboard, your role mainly consists of providing efficient and quality telephone reception.
You independently handle requests of varying complexity and transfer more specific enquiries to the appropriate contacts.
You also respond to emails and perform various administrative tasks according to the service's needs.
Your profile
Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee, you have professional experience within a call centre or customer service.
With great flexibility regarding working hours (variable monthly schedule), you demonstrate excellent adaptability and stress resistance.
By nature patient and calm in all circumstances, you enjoy contact with people and are comfortable on the phone.
Your interest in taxation is accompanied by strong French language skills, both spoken and written, with rigorous mastery of spelling. Knowledge of one or more additional languages would be an asset (English, Spanish, Italian, German).
