Works Director 100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Write and supervise submissions with precision
• Ensure the management and technical follow-up of construction sites
• Develop and control financial plans throughout the projects
• Effectively manage accounts, invoicing and monitoring reports
• Provide support for project design and planning

Profile

• Federal Certificate of Capacity as a building draughtsman or equivalent training
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Autonomous, rigorous, with good team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility
• Comfortable with MS Office tools and other industry software
• Excellent command of French, spoken and written - another language is an asset
• Driving licence essential
