For our client in the greater Baden area, we are seeking a service-oriented HR professional who lives HR from A to Z.
HR Generalist / HR Business Partner (a)
Your Tasks
- Responsibility for all personnel-related matters in assigned areas and locations
- Advising and supporting managers and employees throughout the entire employee life cycle
- Conducting recruitment processes (planning to onboarding)
- Ensuring labour law & compliance
- Responsibility in case management (e.g. for long-term absences)
- Participation in HR projects and cross-departmental initiatives
Your Profile
- HR professional certificate or degree (HR, business administration, work/organisational psychology)
- Several years of HR experience, ideally in the retail sector
- Very good knowledge of labour law
- Team player, resilient and professional in dealing with stakeholders
