Senior Modern Workplace Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 125,000Our client is an established company in the field of technical solutions for buildings, infrastructure, and energy. The company offers comprehensive services and systems for various technical requirements and supports projects from planning to implementation and maintenance.

Role:
You will take on a versatile technical role around modern IT infrastructures and Microsoft technologies. You will implement and operate solutions for customers, support projects, and ensure reliable operation at 2nd and 3rd level. In addition to technical implementation, you will also contribute to architecture, solution concepts, and presales.
Responsibilities:
Planning, implementation, and operation of IT infrastructures for customers
Execution of Move, Add & Change services
Support and further development of Managed Services
Taking over and technical implementation of IT infrastructure projects
Support for sales and presales in technical matters
Handling of 2nd and 3rd level support cases
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
Development of solution concepts and system architectures
Consulting customers on technical infrastructure topics
Qualifications:
Technical basic training with further education in computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable field at HF/FH level
At least 5 years of professional experience as a system administrator/engineer in the IT infrastructure environment
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and modern workplace solutions
Vendor certifications at Microsoft Certified Expert level
Experience with ITIL processes and managed services
Independent, customer-oriented and solution-focused working style
Willingness for on-call duty; driving licence category B
Very good German skills as well as good English skills
