The cross-sectional area of Innovation and Digitalisation Management (IDM) includes the departments of corporate development and IT, thus bundling previously independently operating areas as well as decentralised projects of PDAG. As part of the corporate strategy, it plans and develops innovations for the company and implements them independently as well as in collaboration with external providers. Additionally, it is responsible for the functioning and further development of the IT infrastructure as well as existing and new applications, such as ORBIS. As a newly created business area, IDM significantly contributes to the future viability of PDAG in the rapidly changing Swiss healthcare system.
Profile
- Completed studies (FH/University) in computer science, business informatics, business administration or comparable education
- Several years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Process management / business analysis
- Process automation (e.g. RPA, workflow tools)
- IT / digitalisation / consulting
- Project management (classical or agile)
- Sound knowledge in process modelling (BPMN 2.0)
- Affinity and ideally practical experience with AI applications, automation technologies or data management
- Ability to work both conceptually and to implement solutions independently (hands-on mentality)
- Experience in collaborating with various stakeholders as well as managing external partners
- Structured, analytical and independent working style as well as pronounced team skills
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for actively shaping change within the company
Tasks
- You develop and establish company-wide process management in a targeted manner - with a special focus on digitalisation and automation
- You actively drive topics such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Agentic AI, RPA and process automation - from identifying suitable use cases to implementation
- You analyse, model and optimise business processes (including according to BPMN 2.0) and ensure their sustainable anchoring
- You take an active role in the conception and implementation of automation solutions - hands-on, pragmatic and impact-oriented
- You coordinate internal and external stakeholders (departments, IT, partners) and ensure the successful implementation of initiatives
- You advise and support departments on topics such as process design, automation, data management and data strategy
- You design and accompany projects (classical and agile) and introduce modern working methods such as Agile / DevOps approaches
- You identify optimisation potentials along the value chain and make a direct contribution to increasing efficiency and quality
