Job Description
The Human Resources Manager reports to the Human Resources Department and will be responsible for part of the departments within the Community Health and Housing Directorate (DSCH).
Your missions and responsibilities
- Trusted partner and advisor to the departments under the DSCH in the field of human resources management
- Recruitment, selection, hiring of employees: active contribution to determining staffing needs, developing job profiles in compliance with current guidelines
- Management, monitoring and development of employees: active contribution to the professional development of employees by providing advice and guidance, in line with the institution's training policy
- Reference person within their target audience for all questions relating to applicable laws and regulations
- Participation in reflections and projects on IMAD’s organisation and development to assess possible impacts on employees and propose appropriate action plans to facilitate change management
- Monitoring and updating dashboards, indicators and statistical data necessary for management
- Supervisory activity with direct hierarchical responsibility for an HR assistant
- Preparation, monitoring and control of staffing for the target audience as well as active participation in the budget construction process.
Qualifications
- Certified university degree and/or federal diploma in personnel management or equivalent training
- Proven professional experience in human resources management
- In-depth knowledge of Geneva’s laws, regulations and state processes
- We are looking for a dynamic, client-oriented personality eager to actively contribute to the development of projects entrusted to IMAD within the mentioned legal framework.
