Support and further development of external customers’ IT infrastructures with a focus on Citrix, VDI, and Modern Workplace
Independent design, planning, and configuration of IT infrastructure solutions
Professional support in the analysis and resolution of complex technical problems
Development and implementation of sustainable solution proposals in collaboration with other developers
Independent and results-oriented implementation of IT projects
Qualifications:
Completed IT training, ideally with a focus on system technology, and at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role
Very good knowledge of Citrix and Microsoft RDS
Solid experience with Windows server environments, virtualisation, backup solutions, and MS Exchange Server
Strong technical and analytical competence in the system engineering field
Very good German skills and ideally French skills at least at B2 level
