Your Tasks
In this newly created position, you will advise and support owners in the sale of residential and holiday properties in the Davos/Klosters region. You develop effective marketing strategies, drive their implementation forward, create convincing sales documentation and professionally present properties on the market. You organise and conduct viewings, accompany prospective buyers and conduct negotiations purposefully to a successful sales conclusion. At the same time, you continuously expand your network in Davos/Klosters and develop the Davos location together with the location manager. You maintain our CRM, monitor the market and actively incorporate your insights into your work.
Your Profile
- Initial experience in real estate marketing or in the sale of sophisticated services
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Davos/Klosters or willingness to build up corresponding know-how
- High IT affinity and good knowledge of MS Office
- Strong customer and sales orientation
- Confident and engaging manner in dealing with demanding clients
- Entrepreneurial, independent and structured way of working
- Very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Driving licence category B
