Planning, implementation and management of Microsoft 365, Azure and network infrastructures both locally and in the cloud.
Technical support for customers during projects as well as second- and third-level support.
Management and coordination of IT projects in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Consulting, training and support to resolve technical issues and clarify questions.
Ensuring stable and reliable operation of the managed customer IT systems.
Qualifications:
Successfully completed training as an IT specialist EFZ and several years of professional experience as a systems engineer.
Solid expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, client operating systems and IT security standards.
Experienced in handling virtualisation technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V as well as management solutions like Intune and Microsoft Teams.
Fluent German skills (at least C2), good English skills and a valid category B driving licence.
