We are looking for reinforcement for our team immediately or by arrangement.
Your field of activity
- You receive emergency calls, quickly and reliably record complex situations and take the lead in the conversation so that callers are competently supported in challenging moments
- You assess, triage and process incoming calls, alert ground and air rescue resources according to the next-best principle
- You clearly instruct medical immediate measures, support callers in stressful situations and thus make a central contribution to the best possible outcome for patients
- In addition, you work with modern digital applications, map and communication systems so that you always have an overview of all ongoing rescue missions and the resources available in the dispatch area
Your experience
- You have a qualification as a certified paramedic HF, transport paramedic with federal diploma, certified nurse HF, health professional EFZ or medical practice assistant EFZ and ideally bring experience in emergency services, dispatch, an emergency call centre or a comparable medical, operational or technical environment
- You have a quick grasp, think holistically and can correctly classify, prioritise and act proactively under time pressure
- You have a strong affinity for technical aids and digital tools (Microsoft 365) or are willing to quickly and practically familiarise yourself with them
- You enjoy a workday that is not predictable, remain capable of acting even in unexpected events and seek solution-oriented the next sensible step
