Role:
Secure infrastructure does not arise by itself but through people who think ahead. As a Platform & Security Engineer, you keep the cloud platforms under control and continuously raise their security level. The range extends from Azure through the digital workplace to the foundation for data and AI services. Personal responsibility is not just a buzzword here but everyday practice.
Responsibilities:
You keep the cloud platforms around Azure, Microsoft 365 (M365), and low-code tools stable and develop them further.
Furthermore, you design IT security measures and continuously check whether the requirements are being met.
You lay the technical foundation for data and AI applications.
You lead external service providers, cloud providers, and technology partners and define service-level agreements (SLAs).
Additionally, you monitor the agreed services in operation.
You also automate recurring processes in the workplace environment.
Qualifications:
You have studied computer science or completed an equivalent education.
You have several years of practical experience in a demanding IT role from system engineering, cloud, network, or IT security.
You are proficient in modern Microsoft technologies and automation in the workplace environment.
Moreover, you find it easy to manage external partners.
You are characterised by independent, clearly structured work and enjoy taking your own initiatives.
Additionally, you score points with Terraform and Kubernetes, communicate confidently in German, and handle English technical language well.
