Role:
Do you want to combine your technical experience with commercial tasks? In this position, you ensure reliable material procurement, optimise purchasing processes, and support the supply of various business areas. You will work closely with internal specialist departments and international partners.
Responsibilities:
You ensure the demand-oriented procurement of technical components for business areas at home and abroad.
You monitor order quantities, stock levels, and delivery dates to ensure reliable material availability.
You analyse purchasing costs and develop measures for economic optimisation.
You coordinate procurement issues with design, quality assurance, warehouse, and sales.
You process supplier invoices and keep the relevant master data up to date in the ERP system.
You organise national and international reusable transports.
You participate in internal purchasing projects and support the purchasing management in day-to-day business.
Qualifications:
You have completed a technical basic education with a Federal VET Diploma, for example as a polymechanic or designer.
You bring several years of professional experience in operational purchasing as well as good commercial understanding.
You are familiar with operational procurement processes and experienced in coordinating technical materials.
You work confidently with ERP systems and MS Office.
You convince through initiative, responsibility, communication skills, a quick grasp, as well as an independent, careful, and structured way of working.
You are open to working on new technical and commercial subject areas.
You have very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
