Chief Assembler Holding the Federal Electrician Certificate, Project Manager in Installation and Safety (M/F) – 80 to 100 %

Following the departure of the incumbent, the Municipality of Saint-Imier is advertising the position of

Main tasks:

- Supervise and coordinate a small team within the Technical Services

- Ensure, for the Technical Services, the application of Article 33 of the OIBT

- Ensure compliance with PDIE (distributors’ requirements on low voltage electrical installations)

- Manage the administration of all announcement forms related to electrical safety

- Manage the fleet of measuring devices (smart meters)

- Oversee the implementation of temporary installations

- Collect information related to electricity consumption in case of dispute

Profile sought:

- Holder of a federal electrician certificate

- Ability to coordinate a team’s activity and work independently

- Availability to provide on-call service

- Good IT knowledge

- Holder of a category B driving licence is essential

Salary: In accordance with the municipal staff salary scale

Start date: Immediately or to be agreed
