Clerk Export and Import 60-80% (m/f/d)
Our client is a successful Swiss company in the technical industrial sector. The company develops and implements customised solutions and impresses with high expertise, reliable quality and a strong customer orientation. Employees benefit from varied tasks and short decision-making paths.
Responsibilities:
Processing customer orders up to invoicing
Deadline monitoring for orders, deliveries and goods movements
Handling import and export processes including required documents
Coordination with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders and internal departments
Review of customs and VAT issues for Switzerland and Germany
Management of relevant order, shipping and customs documents
Participation in ERP and CRM processes as well as their ongoing maintenance
Support in projects to improve supply chain processes
Qualifications:
Professional experience in logistics, order processing or sales administration
Knowledge of international goods traffic and transport
Practical experience with ERP and CRM systems
Confident use of Microsoft Office
Basic knowledge of customs, import, export and VAT
Independent and structured working style with a high sense of responsibility
Good communication skills and strong organisational ability
Very good German and good English skills, spoken and written
