Purchasing & Procurement Clerk (m/f/d) 100 %

Do you ensure a smooth material flow with your organisational talent and your sense for efficient procurement processes? Then we look forward to receiving your application!

Your interesting area of responsibility includes, among other things:

• Ensuring optimal material supply taking into account delivery dates, quality and cost-effectiveness
• Independent management of various suppliers and product areas as well as maintaining long-term business relationships
• Recording and updating article and procurement master data in SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA
• Monitoring material availability as well as ongoing optimisation of inventory levels and procurement costs
• You coordinate collaboration between internal departments and external business partners.
• Handling quality deviations and consistent follow-up of agreed improvement measures
• Active participation in simplifying and further developing existing purchasing and procurement processes

For this position you bring the following profile:

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training, ideally related to purchasing, logistics or supply chain management
• At least one to two years of professional experience in operational or strategic purchasing or in material planning
• Good knowledge of national and international procurement markets as well as experience in working with suppliers
• Solid user knowledge in SAP R/3 and/or SAP S/4HANA, especially in master data maintenance
• Basic understanding of quality processes as well as handling deviation reports and corrective measures
• Confident use of MS Office as well as good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• You convince through your communication skills, teamwork and your independent, reliable working style.
• A specialised further education in procurement, supply chain management or logistics is an advantage.
