Position: Machine Operator - Surface Treatment Sector

As part of a replacement within our polishing workshop, we are looking for a careful, rigorous, and autonomous person, driven by a taste for quality work and a strong team spirit.

This position is set in a high-precision environment, where technical mastery, rigour, and reliability of adjustments are essential. Every parameter and every check directly contribute to the quality and conformity of our Luxury Writing Instruments. You will work within a small, committed, and passionate team, in a stimulating, demanding, and supportive work environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Adjustment and operation of automatic and semi-automatic surface preparation and polishing machines;

• Loading, unloading, and placing parts in baskets on machines;

• Continuous monitoring of production;
• Quality control of polished parts;
• Maintenance of your machine and your workspace.

Your profile:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in adjustment and operation of surface treatment machines;
• Holder of a mechanical qualification (CFC or equivalent) is an advantage;
• Fluency in French is essential
