Clerk Export and Order Processing 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 84,500Responsibilities:
You record and process order data in daily business.
You compile the necessary documents for international shipments.
You coordinate delivery dates and transports with logistics partners and freight forwarders.
Invoicing and handling returns are also part of your duties.
You respond to customer enquiries in writing and coordinate open issues internally.
Assisting with evaluations and data maintenance complements your administrative tasks.
You ensure necessary cover during holidays or absences.
You actively contribute suggestions for improving internal work processes.
Qualifications:
Commercial qualification with relevant professional experience.
Practical knowledge in order processing or internal sales.
Initial experience with international transports or export processes is welcome.
Good user knowledge of Microsoft 365 and ideally an ERP system.
You work in a structured, independent and reliable manner.
You have a confident command of German, both spoken and written at a high level.
You can use French and English in a professional environment.
