Real Estate Accountant (m/f/d)

On an exclusive mandate, we are looking for a dedicated individual as a real estate accountant for our partner in Basel. The position offers attractive employment conditions as well as a high degree of flexibility in work design in a leading real estate company in Northwestern Switzerland.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the financial accounting for real estate projects, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger accounting
- Booking and checking rental and ancillary cost statements
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements as well as operating cost statements
- Handling payment transactions and resolving open items
- Collaboration with management and property management
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in finance and accounting
- Several years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate sector
- Sound knowledge of real estate accounting software (e.g. DOMUS, GESKA)
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Structured and independent working style
