In nine municipalities in the Leimental region, we offer inpatient and outpatient care and support services. This offering is complemented by the possibility of semi-inpatient stays at the senior day and night centre. As reinforcement for our Technical Services, we are looking for an immediate or mutually agreed:

Head of Technical Services (100%)

Your tasks with us:

• Leading a team of around 5 people
• Responsible for the acceptance, planning, organisation and execution of maintenance, repair and provisioning work
• Ensuring the operational functionality of all safety-relevant systems in the areas of building technology, catering and care
• Responsibility for the procurement, storage and internal distribution of non-food items across all areas
• Responsible for efficient deployment planning and time tracking
• Budget and invoice control within own area
• Organisation and assistance with on-call duty

Our expectations of you:

• Basic craft training with several years of professional experience
• Confident handling of diverse building and system maintenance tasks
• Leadership experience in a similar role
• Training as a SIBE (Safety Officer) is an advantage
• Proactive, innovative and engaging personality who enjoys development and change processes
• Participative and solution-oriented leadership style
• Strong sense of responsibility, high social competence and team spirit
• Service-oriented
• Affinity for digitalisation topics and confident German language skills, both spoken and written
