Role:
Do you want to develop modern digital workplace solutions and implement demanding cloud projects for different companies? In this position, you plan and operate Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, develop technical solution concepts, and ensure a secure and high-performance IT working environment.
You analyse existing ICT landscapes, accompany migrations, and continuously optimise cloud services. In doing so, you combine technical expertise with customer orientation and take responsibility for the successful implementation of IT projects.
Responsibilities:
Planning, implementation, and administration of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
Design and execution of cloud migrations and modernisation projects
Implementation of solutions with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and other M365 services
Analysis of technical requirements and development of suitable cloud architectures
Monitoring, fault analysis, and optimisation of existing platforms
Implementation of cloud security and compliance measures as well as automations with PowerShell and Power Automate
Qualifications:
Completed IT education with several years of professional experience; further education at HF or FH level is an advantage
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune
Practical experience with Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, and security features such as Conditional Access and MFA
Experience with PowerShell or comparable scripting languages
Experience in analysing ICT environments, developing technical concepts, and implementing IT projects
Customer-oriented, communicative, and responsible personality with good German language skills
