Role:
Our Rocken partner is an internationally active Swiss technology company with its own development and production. The company develops technical solutions for demanding industrial applications and operates worldwide. Innovation, quality and reliable solutions characterise the company.
Responsibilities:
You process export orders taking into account country- and transport-specific requirements.
Maintaining customer portals and updating relevant master data are part of your daily business.
You check export documents, delivery conditions and other commercial documents for completeness.
For customer requests, you coordinate the required documents and obtain missing information.
As a contact person, you coordinate with sales, project management, customers and external partners.
You support the sales team with administrative tasks and the preparation of business documents.
You clarify unclear contract provisions and special customer requirements with the responsible departments.
You review existing workflows and templates and contribute improvement suggestions.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
Professional experience in export, internal sales or international order processing.
Knowledge in the creation and processing of export and shipping documents.
Experience with customer portals and managing commercial documents.
Structured, precise and independent working style.
Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP and CRM systems.
Customer-oriented and team-capable personality with a sense of responsibility and organisational talent.
Very good German skills and business fluent English; French skills are an advantage.
