Project Manager Ventilation/Climate (m/f/d)

- Use of technology: You deploy state-of-the-art work equipment such as laser scanners and drilling robots purposefully and efficiently
- Project execution: You manage exciting construction projects in various sectors such as industry, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, and more
- Procurement: You are responsible for purchasing and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and conditions
- Resource planning: You work hand in hand with the site supervisors and coordinate the deployment of personnel and materials
- Project management: You take care of the entire project organisation up to final acceptance and ensure a smooth process
- Coordination & collaboration: You coordinate in real time with specialist planners, site management, and assembly, using advanced BIM models
Qualifications:
Education & qualification: You have completed training in building technology, ideally as a building technology planner or technician
Experience & competence: You have already gained extensive experience in planning and executing demanding projects
Goal orientation: You strive to lead projects efficiently and economically to success and pursue your goals with ambition and commitment
Language skills: You command the German language both orally and in writing at a very high level
