Production Planner (80-100%) (m/f/d)

Role:
Do you want to apply your technical experience in work preparation and actively shape the processes between planning and production? In this position, you ensure complete production documents, coordinate the involved departments, and support efficient execution of production orders.
Responsibilities:
You ensure smooth coordination between the various departments and guarantee the necessary flow of information.
You develop machine programmes for production and adjust them as needed.
You compile the required documents for production and check the information for accuracy and completeness.
You coordinate technical drawings, parts lists, and production specifications with the responsible project and workshop managers.
You prepare material withdrawals for the required components and support purchasing and logistics in material procurement.
You contribute to the optimisation of production processes and existing standards.
Qualifications:
You have completed a technical or industrial basic education (EFZ), ideally supplemented by further training as a process specialist with a federal certificate, technician HF in business processes, or a comparable qualification.
You are confident in using IT and MS Office and preferably have knowledge of CAD and machine programming software.
Ideally, you have already gained experience with technical profile and system solutions.
You convince through initiative, technical understanding, teamwork skills, as well as an independent, precise, and reliable working style.
