For our client in northern Vaud, we are looking for a recruiter at 80%, capable of managing the entire recruitment process and maintaining a trusting relationship with candidates.

Your tasks:
- Analyse the needs of the various departments and define the sought profiles
- Write and publish adverts on appropriate recruitment channels
- Search and preselect candidates
- Propose profiles and coordinate interviews
- Ensure candidate follow-up throughout the process
- Keep the candidate database and administrative files up to date
Job requirements:
Your profile:
- Commercial or HR training (commercial employee CFC, HR manager certificate or equivalent)
- Beginners accepted, some experience in recruitment or HR is a plus
- Good interpersonal skills and listening ability
- You are caring, open-minded, flexible with a good ability to work within a team
- Organisational skills and discretion
- Proficiency with IT tools
