Internal Sales & Export Clerk 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 845,000Our client is an established Swiss company with many years of experience in the development and marketing of high-quality consumer goods. A strong brand identity, high product quality, and continuous development of the product range characterise the company. Employees can expect a dynamic environment with interfaces to purchasing, sales, and international partners.
Responsibilities:
Support business and private customers with orders and enquiries.
Process quotations and orders in the ERP system.
Coordinate international shipments including export and customs documents.
Monitor and manage consignment and VMI stocks at major customers.
Organise sales documents as well as POS and marketing materials.
Record goods receipts and coordinate internal commissions in the ERP.
Maintain webshops and perform functional tests during adjustments.
Support field service, department management, and team with projects and deputising.
Qualifications:
Commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification with experience in internal sales.
Professional experience in export processing or international order processing.
Good knowledge of an ERP system and confident use of MS Office.
Familiarity with customs formalities and documents for international shipments.
Experience with e-commerce, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
Independent, reliable, and structured working style even under higher workloads.
Very good German skills as well as good French and English skills.
Italian language skills are additionally welcome.
