Clerk for Inpatient Services (m/f) 80-100% in Zurich
For our client, a large and renowned health insurance company in the Zurich area, we are looking for motivated clerks in the inpatient services area by arrangement
You already have several years of experience in the benefits area of a health insurance company and want to further advance your career with a renowned employer in Zurich? Then we should get to know each other.
Tasks
- Processing cost approval requests for inpatient treatments in the hospital sector
- Invoice verification according to valid contracts (basic and supplementary insurance)
- Customer journey: Supporting the insured to ensure the best possible care and efficient support
- Daily telephone and written contact with the insured, authorities, hospitals and other insurers
- Internal collaboration with specialist support
- Completed commercial or paramedical training
- Several years of professional experience in the benefits area (outpatient or inpatient)
- Flexible, responsible and resilient personality
- Precise and independent working style
- Fluent oral and written expression in German (foreign languages are a plus)
