Responsibilities:
Record, check and confirm customer orders in the ERP system on time.
Coordinate delivery dates with production planning, logistics and sales.
Organise shipping processes and prepare required export and transport documents.
Issue invoices and check customer and delivery documents.
Handle customer enquiries by phone and in writing and maintain business relationships.
Manage material stocks and process related orders.
Administratively process returns and coordinate internal follow-up steps.
Enter and keep customer master data and article information up to date in SAP.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
Professional experience in internal sales, customer service or export.
Mandatory knowledge of SAP SD; experience with SAP HANA is a plus.
Confident use of MS Office and common ERP applications.
Strong understanding of customer needs and service-oriented approach.
Independent, careful working style with a high sense of responsibility.
Clear communication, teamwork and initiative in an international environment.
Very good German skills as well as confident communication in French and English.
