Manager Integration Services (m/f/d)

Tasks you will enjoy

• Expand and implement a forward-looking integration strategy that is perfectly aligned with our IT and corporate goals
• Shape the strategic direction of our integration landscape by defining roadmaps and modern cloud concepts, including event-driven architectures
• Set standards: You define policies and architectures for our landscape primarily based on Azure, SAP BTP, SAP Integration
  Suite, SAP CAR and other integration platforms such as Cleo IntegrationCloud and ensure their compliance - including SOX compliance
• Take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of four employees and lead a high-performing, agile unit
• Ensure smooth, secure, and high-performance operations - always keeping quality, time, and budget in view.
• Coordinate projects and business initiatives together with other departments, set priorities, and actively drive innovations forward
• Plan and control the budget of your area, select external partners deliberately, and make well-founded investment decisions
• Promote modern working methods and operational excellence in the team by using contemporary tools and technologies including AI

Requirements you bring

• A degree in business informatics forms the ideal foundation - alternatively, you convince with a comparable qualification. You have many years of solid experience in building, implementing, and operating an integration environment - ideally in the context of SAP and Azure technologies in a leadership role with strategic responsibility or in leading and developing teams
• You are familiar with SAP architectures and modules such as BTP, Integration Suite and CAR. You also master agile methods, project and change management, as well as modern organisational forms and can further strengthen them within the team
• You enjoy working in a dynamic environment, bring new impulses, and convince with clear communication, leadership skills, and decisiveness
• You are confident in German and English, both in conversation and written communication
